Citygate is currently recruiting for a:

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales has become available with our Group. The successful candidate’s will have experience in managing a volume based Sales Department. The department is targeted to deliver 700 new and 700 used Volkswagen passenger cars. 

The roles will be managing a team of 2 managers and 10 Sales Executives. The role demands a strong understanding of the Sales Process, volume and deal maximisation as well as strong people management. Your role will be to ensure that your sales department meets its Sales, F&I and Customer Care targets. You will actively lead the sales team’s daily activities and provide hands on support to achieve volume and margin objectives. 

You will have the ability to manage your team to maximise every sales opportunity, as well as being able to motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. 

Proficiency in using, Deal Maximising systems, SLI are desired

About the Position:

 

Citygate Skoda Bushey is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor. This position will require you to effectively deal with customer requirements for the servicing and repair of their vehicle. You will be required to meet and greet our service customers, book their cars in for the service appointment, arrange courtesy cars, communicating with both the technical service team and the customer on the progress of work, whilst delivering an excellent customer service. You will also be crossed trained in the Parts Department Previous Service Advisor experience is essential for this role and you must hold a full driving license.

Customer Relations Advisor High Wycombe

About the Position



 Citygate are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor - Working within our centralised  Customer Communication Centre based in High Wycombe. You will be required to take incoming calls for all 8 retailers from our customers and efficiently direct the calls to the correct dealership. Previous switchboard experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. In addition to telephone enquiries you will also be responsible for online sales enquiries and live chat.

Warranty Manager High Wycombe

Corporate Sales Manager Wooburn Green

As Citygate continue to grow with our current partners, we also have ambitions to take on new franchisees. We are looking to hire an experienced Manager who can demonstrate how they can take the Business forward, thus proving proactiveness, flexibility, and a passion to develop the business.

Citygate Automotive are current recruiting for Motor Vehicle Technicians for various sites within the group. This role requires you to carry out General Servicing and Mechanical repairs to the Volkswagen range of cars or Commercial Vehicles.  Volkswagen / Audi experience is preferable for this role.

TPS Telesales Advisor Colindale

We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to work within our Trade Parts Specialist Operation based in Colindale.This role will require you to contact our trade customers and sell vehicle parts and supplies. You should be proficient in the use of the VW ETKA system and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience using these systems. Direct selling experience via the telephone is essential for this role.

Digital Marketing Executive Ruislip

Key tasks include:

·         Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

Weekend Showroom Host – Ruislip Maternity Cover – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract


At Citygate Ruislip, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, and our commitment to the continual improvement of the service we offer to our customers. To fulfill this commitment, we are currently recruiting for a Weekend Showroom Host for our Showroom in South Ruislip. 


You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is a hospitable and enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the showroom. You will be required to serve refreshments to our customers and keep the hospitality area tidy. 


The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and an outgoing personality. You must be committed to providing the highest levels of customer care. Previous experience in customer care is desired or reception work is required.


You will be required to work Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm.
