About the role:

This position will require you to maximize every opportunity to sell Volkswagen and ŠKODA Vehicles to our customers. The role of Sales Executive demands an understanding of an effective sales process, the ability to adapt to the individual needs of our customers and a clear focus on volume and margin objectives. You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and related processes.

About the Position:

Citygate ŠKODA Bushey is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor.This position will require you to effectively deal with customer requirements for the servicing and repair of their vehicle. You will be required to meet and greet our service customers, book their cars in for the service appointment, arrange courtesy cars, communicating with both the technical service team and the customer on the progress of work, whilst delivering an excellent customer service. You will also be crossed trained in the Parts Department Previous Service Advisor experience is essential for this role and you must hold a full driving license.

About the Position: 

Citygate Automotive are current recruiting for Motor Vehicle Technicians for various sites within the group. This role requires you to carry out General Servicing and Mechanical repairs to the Volkswagen range of cars or Commercial Vehicles.  Volkswagen / Audi experience is preferable for this role.

Digital Marketing Executive Ruislip

Key tasks include:

·         Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

·         Search engine optimisation (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.

·         Pay per click (PPC) campaigns: sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results.

·         To support the business with all Digital marketing requirements

Responsibilities

·         Developing digital marketing projects and campaigns.

·         Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;

Citygate Automotive is a large independent Retail Group with a well established existing client portfolio and reputation. We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Sales Executive to join our team. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in the leasing sector and you must have as proven track record in Fleet sales.  You must be highly driven and able to work under your own initiative and manage your time effectively. You must be smart and presentable and have the ability to represent the business in a professional manner.

  

Main purpose of the job:

 

  • To prospect and introduce new business into Corporate Sales department.

  • To manage all Citygate Lease enquiries, internally and externally

  • To create and utilise Corporate database

  • To present to and show benefits of whole dealership to new business prospects

  • To work closely with Group Corporate Sales Manager in agreeing strategy for the development of new business

Based in High Wycombe

 

Welcome to Citygate Automotive Limited, we are retailers of new and used Volkswagen passenger cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and ŠKODA cars in London, Greater London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We are also authorised repairers for the Volkswagen and ŠKODA brands, we offer all makes and models servicing and repairs and we operate our own MOT test centres.

We will be hosting a VIP Sales Event and require Casual Sales Events Advisors to work between October 10th to 15th October. You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour and will be required to work between the hours of 10am to 7pm.


The Role

The Role will require you to contact Citygate existing customers who have previously purchased vehicles from Citygate, and explain the benefits and offers available during the Citygate car sales event period. You will be required to encourage our customers to make an appointment to come into the retailer of choice, to meet and discuss the offers in more detail with a Citygate Sales Executive.

This role could lead to more working hours in the future and even a permanent role for the right person.


Responsibilities:

- Achieve an outbound volume of 130 calls per shift.

- Book customer appointments into the Sales Executive’s diary.

- Send customer’s appointment confirmation e-mails.

- E-mail appointment table to the sales management team.

- Update Google docs.
