Why does it need to be serviced?

Over time the Air-Conditioning system will lose some of its gas and, unless it’s replaced, your system will become less able to keep you cool and refreshed.

What happens if it’s not serviced?

The system would continue to lose gas, resulting in the system becoming less efficient, leading to increased fuel consumption. The system would eventually fail leading to replacement parts being required.

How often should it be serviced?

An Air-Conditioning system can lose up to 10% of its gas each year, so a service every 2 years is recommended. Every 12 months you should have a refresh to keep bacteria and nasty odours at bay.

What do we do?

We’ll drain and re-charge the system, check hoses, filters, belts and connections, and make sure the compressor and condenser are working just as they should.
